Change processes and transformation are about communication, transparency and exchange. This requires more than a 2-day workshop. In a complex world, change means: we don't know the state B - we only the have the direction. Our solutionlab helps companies to find their way.

The solutionlab transfers 5 to 7 employees from different areas of an organization from line work to a ‚lab‘ situation for 4 weeks. The lab team works full-time, in an interdisciplinary setting, offsite and applying agile methods to turn an idea into a prototype, proof of concept, MVP or concept.

Moreover: the team works on itself as a prototype of new collaboration in the company.
