Don’t fix the Past - create the Future

In our impulse we will point out what ‘transformation’ actually means: it’s an ongoing process, a continuous cycle of adapting to changing environments. It is not a project. We will talk about dimensions of transformation initiatives, touch on the pitfalls we encounter in organizations and share some experience and observations from real-life work. Finally we will try to give a short glimpse (our best guess) into upcoming challenges and topics for future leaders, transfomers, digiterati.
